Our Mission
As EKOPAY, we aim to empower rural communities through ecological innovation, inclusive education, digital transformation, and collaborative development. By working with schools, local governments, NGOs, youth, and volunteers, we build resilient, self-sufficient, and sustainable rural ecosystems. Our goal is to ensure that no one is left behind in the 21st century.
Our Vision
By combining equal access to opportunities, digital and ecological literacy, and strong local collaborations; we envision building sustainable, innovative, and inclusive rural communities. We aim for these communities to serve as role models not only for their own regions but also on national and international scales.
Our Philosophy
We believe that meaningful rural transformation begins at the local level. This transformation is possible by valuing local wisdom, empowering communities, and fostering innovation based on ecological harmony. At the core of our approach lies the principle of "Impact from Local to Global": by staying rooted in the land, learning and producing locally, and acting with a shared sense of responsibility, we contribute to a sustainable future.

EKOPAY STEM Ecosystem
EKOPAY launched its ecosystem with STEM-focused projects to enhance the creative, analytical, and interdisciplinary skills of youth. Through training programs based on LEGO, artificial intelligence, vertical farming, and recycling, students gain experience in technology, science, and engineering.

EKOPAY Sports Ecosystem
EKOPAY established the Sports Ecosystem under the leadership of Mr. Yaşar Uğurlu and Sabri Çelik, along with 8 volunteer sports professionals, with the aim of reducing social exclusion, preventing early school dropouts, combating substance abuse, protecting children from harmful habits, and encouraging participation in sports.
